Hot & Tangy Meatballs

When I get together with my friends for game nights, New Year’s Eve, church events, SuperBowl, etc I love to have snacks! These meatballs are PERFECT for an appetizer and easy to share. To make it into a complete meal serve over rice, cauliflower rice, or riced broccoli. Don’t worry these aren’t very spicy, I’m a baby when it comes to spicy things and I can handle these just fine!

Hot & Tangy Meatballs

  • 2 lbs Meatballs ((turkey, beef, pork, chicken))
  • 12 oz BBQ Sauce
  • 8 oz Grape Jelly ((don't use jam))
  • 1/2 tsp Siracha
  1. Put meatballs, jelly, bbq sauce and siracha in a slow or pressure cooker. Stir.

  2. Cook for 6 hours on low in a slow cooker.

  3. Cook for 15 minutes in a pressure cooker
