Please join us on Saturday, May 18 at 10:00 AM (arrive by 9:45 PM) for a GoPrep workshop.

In approximately two hours you will help cut, pour and create your freezer meals. Just bring a cooler (we recommend one with wheels) or a laundry basket.

Registration is on a first come, first served basis and SPACE IS LIMITED! There is only room for a limited amount of people per workshop, each purchase is for ONE individual to attend.
